My name is Josh Horner and I am the Owner/President of Innovate Design Build. We are a full service construction company in the Northern Colorado area.

 

Majority of our work focuses on high end structural framing and specialty restoration projects. We partner with certain restoration general contractors to accomplish all of their structural needs and more. Whether it is fire damage or water damage, or another natural disaster, it can always be fixed. The good news... we can build it.

As a general contractor license holder myself (commercial and residential) IDB also does certain new builds from the ground up, and full remodels + addition projects. My team and I take on particular builds that fit our style and strengths. Looking to add square footage to your home? A detached garage or barn? We've got you covered start to finish.

 

As of 2022 I have now spent 3 decades in construction (self-employed) and have given my life to the work I love. Since the beginning I have always been innovating my process and my work, which is why I started Innovate Design Build. Each job is unique and there are definitely some that must have an innovative approach. Over the years I have learned that there is really no job my team and I can't accomplish.
